Returns
Articles can be claimed under the following conditions:
- Items that have already been shipped cannot be canceled
- A return for items can be made within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt of the goods
Please note the following:
- Please inform us of your wish to return the goods in advance via our returns portal
- Please send returns with the shipping label provided by us via the returns portal. - we do not bear any costs for return via another shipping method
- Upon receipt of the item is checked for defects and signs of use
- The processing and refund of the purchase amount may take up to 5 business days
